Some of our clothing is made to order and can take between 10-14 days to make and ship. Otherwise, orders within the UK typically take between 1-3 working days.
All orders are sent Royal Mail Second Class signed for.
You have 14 days from the item arriving to change your mind and send it back to us for a refund (minus postage).
We strictly will only accept back items which have not been worn or washed. If an item is returned to us and shows signs of this, it will be returned to you and a refund will be refused.
In the rare instance that an item might reach you and you find a fault with it, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If this is the case, please message us your invoice number and we will consider it as a matter of urgency.
If an item has been sent and it hasn't arrived, The Royal Mail suggest that a period must pass until the item is 'lost'. If after this time the item still has not been delivered, a replacement will be made and sent. Under no circumstances will refunds be given for undelivered items. Proof of postage is always obtained at the time of posting.
