Items shipped within the UK will normally take between 1-3 working days to deliver. However, if you have ordered a customised piece this will take longer. Details of the dispatch time for these items will be displayed within the item’s description although we will notify you when it is ready to be sent.
If two weeks has passed and you have not received your order, then please contact us immediately so we can track your item.
If an item has been sent and it hasn't arrived, The Royal Mail suggest that a period must pass until the item is considered as 'lost'. If after this time the item still has not been delivered, a replacement will be made and sent. Under no circumstances will refunds be given for undelivered items. Proof of postage is always obtained at the time of posting.
You have 14 days from the item arriving to change your mind and send it back to us for a refund (minus postage).
We strictly will only accept back items which have not been worn or washed. If an item is returned to us and shows signs of this, it will be returned to you and a refund will be refused.
